Signing in, sessions, and the two things people most often lose.
I cannot sign in
Check the email address for a typo first — it is the most common cause. Sign-in tells you the details are wrong without saying which one, which is deliberate, so it will not confirm whether an address has an account.
I forgot my password
There is no self-service password reset yet, so there is no reset email to wait for. If you cannot get in, contact support.
The dashboard will not accept changes
Your blog is read-only, which happens when the 30-day free trial ends with nothing paying for the blog. You can still sign in and read everything you wrote, and nothing has been deleted. Subscribing restores editing immediately.
I lost what I was writing
Nothing is saved while you type. A recipe or post lives on the page until it is written as a draft — by Save draft, Publish, following a link away, or Finish setup — so closing the tab or reloading can still lose anything that has not been written yet.
An unpublished recipe or post you are still writing gets two safety nets: following a link out of it saves it as a draft first and then follows the link, and closing the tab asks the browser to warn you.
Unsaved edits to a published recipe or post are not written on the way out, so press Update recipe or Update post as you go. A draft is private and saving again costs nothing.
I want a second food blog
One food blog per account today, so a second blog needs a second account with its own email address and its own subscription.
I want somebody else to write with me
Not supported yet. A blog has one account behind it and one author name on its recipes.
I want to delete my account
There is no self-service deletion yet. Cancelling your subscription stops the billing and takes the blog offline; to have the account and its data removed, contact support.
Can I import or export my recipes?
Not yet — there is no import from another platform and no export or download. Recipes are written in the Savorible editor, and nothing is deleted if you stop paying, so your work stays available in your account.
