Subscribe to Savorible

What a subscription costs, what it buys, and how to start one from your billing page.

There is one Savorible subscription. It costs $25 / month or $250 / year, and it is what puts your food blog on the web.

What it buys

  • Your food blog, live on the web, with hosting and SSL handled for you.
  • Unlimited recipes and photos.
  • Recipe pages built for search engines.
  • Related recipes and tags.
  • Backups and updates you never have to think about.

There are no tiers and nothing held back — the price is for hosting your blog, not for a feature set.

Subscribe

  1. Open the account menu, choose Account, then the Billing tab.
  2. Choose monthly or yearly. Paying yearly saves 17% — about 2 months.
  3. Press the subscribe button and complete checkout.
  4. You come back to Billing. Once Stripe confirms the payment, your blog is online and your recipes can be published.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Savorible never sees or stores your card details, and your invoices go to the email address on your account.

When you are charged

If you subscribe while your free trial is still running, the first charge waits until the trial would have ended. If you subscribe after it has ended, the first charge is immediate.

Subscribing from the editor

Pressing Publish recipe on a blog that is not hosted yet saves your recipe as a draft and offers you the subscription there and then, so you do not have to leave a half-written recipe to go to the billing page.

Subscribing from Settings

Choosing Public or Unlisted on Settings · General before you have subscribed does not change visibility. It opens a prompt that says to sign up and go public. Press Sign up to go to Billing.
